American Curl colors and patterns
The Curl standard accepts every color and pattern, including pointed ones. What is judged is the ear curl, the body type and the coat texture, not the color.

What we breed
Purricurls concentrates on silver and silver tabby, chocolate, torbie and lynx pointed Curls. Those are the coats we think show the ear set and the silky texture best.
Coat length
Both longhair and shorthair are shown. Longhair has a plumed tail and a slight ruff. Shorthair lies flat and needs almost no work.
Ear curl versus color
Color never overrides structure here. A gorgeous silver with a weak ear curl goes to a pet home, and a correct third degree curl in a plain coat stays in the program.
